Alexandre Oulès Named Chief Operating Officer of Beauty Division at LVMH

Oulès will be responsible for manufacturing, supply chain and purchasing in the newly created role, per reports.

Happi International Top 30 Company LVMH has appointed Alexandre Oulès Chief Operating Officer of its Beauty Division.

He will report to Véronique Courtois, who was named Chairman and CEO of Parfums Christian Dior and of LVMH‘s Beauty Division in February 2026.

Oulès confirmed the appointment by changing his LinkedIn title to Chief Operating Officer chez LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics. Before that, he served in the same capacity for Balenciaga for the past three years. Prior to, he was operations director at Moët Hennessy for two years. Oulès spent over a decade at French luxury house Guerlain as chief operating officer and plant general manager.

Oulès will be responsible for manufacturing, supply chain and purchasing in the newly created role, according to reports.

Last month, LVMH recorded revenue of €38.6 billion in the first half of 2026. According to CEO Bernard Arnault, the gains were attributed to the success of Jonathan Anderson’s first designs for Christian Dior; the opening of Louis Vuitton’s new stores in Beijing and Seoul; and Tiffany and Bvlgari’s lines. Strong growth at Sephora also contributed to the momentum.
